Apparently I'm one of those sentimental people who keeps old sms-es and reads them over and over again as if i have nothing better to do. But, reading all your msges makes me relive those moments that we had. We've been through tough times together and as individuals. But not too tough till we can't solve it. We manage to talk things out eventually.

I still have your first msg. Haha. The first time we met, it didn't even come to mind that I'd end up in a relationship with you. But when we did eventually develop those feelings, i truly didn't regret that we gave this a shot. Of course relationships are not smooth sailing, but what the heck. And I'll have to say that no person has ever made me feel this way. Every time we meet my heart beats a little faster..my tummy starts to churn...and i start to smile like some retard. Haha!

Weeks turn to months and now we're reaching our peak. We've reached 11! well almost. In 54 minutes..maybe 53. All the times we managed to go east coast..when i could meet you twice a week.. Once upon a time when we could spend so much time together..but we lost that privilege. Eventually we could meet only once a 2 weeks. Sometimes more. But it doesn't matter. I still love you. In fact, i love you more :)

I've never felt so happy..so...i just can't put it in words.

Sunday- Class from 2-5pm

Sorry for the long disappearance.. I haven't been at the best of health lately.. Fever, gastric flu..i almost fainted..bla3..
Don't know what's wrong with me..maybe my body just needs a long break.... I'll be going back to work on Monday..and school's gonna start too. Mum's worried if i were to almost faint again. But I'm trying my best to regain my health. My hands look like chopsticks. I never felt so weak.. But the part where i almost fainted, my sight blackened. I couldn't see a thing. I panic and thought i was going to die. Maybe its time i eat healthier... I guess that's it. I'll still be the same. I want a happy life. =)

I'm really getting ticked off by my own throat..
Seriously.
I can't stop coughing. Ate the bitter robitussins, doctor's prescribed medication, tonnes of lozenges. Wait, i feel abit giddy. ( I kinda ate the medication not between 4 hours - the robitussins and doc's medication i mean.)
I feel like stuffing a toothbrush in my throat and scrubbing all the stuff away.
I drank loads of water. I mean, ALOT. Really. I went to the toilet 3 times in 30 minutes.
One mug after another, all filled with warm water.

What is wrong with you throat????
ARGH!!!

On another note, Tropic Thunder was SUPERB!! Hahahaha~

I know that it has been ages since I've updated. Okay, well not exactly ages (as in years ago..)
Anyway, I'm feeling better, like a sunny side up egg :)
Haha. Well, i guess my doubts and uncertainties brought some bitterness to myself and i just miss that someone so much that it became quite a great liability.. Set that aside, I've been eating well, craving food..I am happy just that there's some sort of doubt inside of me that triggers my trail of thoughts.......

Anyway, enough of doubting- I went out with Shila and her bf and his friends to catch REC on Saturday. Great movie (yes i was partially scared and freaked out) but heck, the movie was good. There'll be some sort of remake in English. It's called Quarantine - will be out roughly end of November this year.. REC is slightly similar to Cloverfield.. But slightly better.

Sunday was family day - went out with family to East Coast at 6+. Family rested while I cycled alone at night... Was a nice, relaxing and enjoyable day. Dad was saying- Eh, it's been a long time since we ate at MacDonald's together eh?- HAHA! Of course lah. Sis schooling, me and dad busy working..how to spend time together? Thus we find time on our day off from work..

Saturday- Cycling with Diyana at East coast. Had a good laugh. Finally, He called after a whole week of not being able to talk to each other.

Yesterday was a super exhausting/chaotic/unexplainable/extremely tiring day.
Thanks to my beloved friend YUS, we binged. Well sort of. We just had to eat some good food.. So we ate at Swensens! Haha. Pics will be up later.. I ate the fish in a jacket. WARNING! WORDY POST. VERY WORDY. NO PICTURES.

Today is exercise day at work. Haha. So i jogged for awhile then walked over with my colleague to the nearest ATM..she needs to withdraw some $$ ka-ching $$
Anyway, today my desk became messy. Well, messier than other days. These few days there's suddenly more work to do. Well, i suppose since it's nearing the end of the year, the pile gets higher with many other things to settle. Finally, after work today managed to buy my hair clips and moisturizers... I keep forgetting. I think too much. I feel there's a need to keep a to do list :)

In order to make this day a little more happier for me...i got myself prata egg and cheese. My hubby should know why. :D That is pretty much one of the most memorable thing ever. Bought the prata at the shop downstairs because mum didn't cook cos she went JB and because it reminds me of us. ;) No, i didn't buy teh katai cos i didn't feel like drinking it. It only tastes best when we drink it together ;)

Baby, if you're reading this, I know you can't call or sms me so frequently. I know it's tough on us. I'm still surviving- cos whenever i feel i did something bad, I'll always think of how you persuade me not to or advise me or nag at me because i did it. hehe. Anyway, I've been thinking positively. I'm pretty okay.. Just that it feels so weird without you here. I always remind myself that it'll be November soon and by the time i know it, you'll be back. I have some nice friends and colleagues who'd cheer me up. I hope you're doing fine there. Don't worry so much. Don't miss me so much ;p (Yes I know I miss you so much too. Heh.)

So this morning, i had a tummy ache.. And i threw up. Yes i puked. My morning coffee came out.. (maybe it was expired...) I felt better though after i got the stuff out of my system. There's free food today at work because the canteen is closed.. Good luck to all O level students for all your written papers!! ;) The food was super good :D

Today after work, i followed mum, aunt and sis - JALAN HARI RAYA!
HAHA. YES. After work still can go out.. Went to my aunts place at Eunos then to a family friend's house..

On the way there....I made a pit stop..at the PLAYGROUND! (I saw swings, so i excitedly went there) It's been so long since i was on a swing..well, kind of. And i found my old blue baju kurung in my mum's closet :)

Anyway..at my mum's family friend's house..(i called her nenek(grandmother) cos she was of old age)

So on Thursday i got a haircut and highlights...I thought the haircut wasn't so significant..until i tied my hair and found out my ponytail is half of what it was. Haha. So the hairdresser was recommending copper highlights..and i was like "Errr..ermm...." So she showed me violet..and i sort of liked it.. But after she highlighted my hair.......... I loved the highlights.. though it wasn't violet, nor copper (the hairdresser insisted that it was violet) To me, it was red. Yes, RED. Oh, i don't care, I still love it! ;D

Tonight is HUMID. The fan is on number 2 and I'm still sweating..SHEESH!

PLUS yesterday night there was a Hari Raya gathering for Malay staff.. I was the only admin staff there..the rest were teachers (no pics allowed here..haha! I'm so irritated with my super dry hair. Hopefully the new shampoo will show some improvement in a month or so. I'm thinking of cutting my hair..short. But..ummm..i like my hair. It took me some time to grow my hair. Heh. I've been spotting short hair ever since kindergarten.

I suppose I'm a cheerful person. No matter how sour things get, you'll still see me smiling. Even after crying so much that my eyes swell, I'll still smile.
I guess most of the time you'd just see my megawatt smile or just a simple smile or laugh. I can't deny that I'm pretty much a cheerful person. I can't help it. I'm just used to being happy.. I don't see why i have to be upset all the time. Yes I'm sad, yes i hurt..but i don't show. I won't. Unless its overwhelming for me. Honey you should know that. You should know how horrible i cry. I look horrible. Pathetic.

I'm happy everyday no matter how pissed or upset i get. Sometimes i sit and ponder.. Why does this have to happen? Why now?

Well like I always tell myself, things happen for a reason. EVERYTHING happens for a reason- regardless of whether you KNOW the reason or NOT. There's still a REASON.
Today, I've been pondering about some stuff...these thoughts just filled my head.

So.. Alhamdulillah(praises to God) today is my lucky day. Even though the day had a rough start, it seems to be shaping up well. I received 2 Hari Raya cards by lovely teachers plus one of them gave me earrings :) Thank you so much. I love them!

Plus, i got a pair of green crocs by another teacher..not forgetting a pretty HONGBAO from another teacher.. I'm so happy! Thank you so much to all the teachers for making my days at work enjoyable:)

Tonnes of cleaning to do....i can't even use my laptop in peace.

Gosh. I'm wiping the furniture while blogging. Can't believe that this Wednesday is Raya! :O

I still need to clean my room..polish the mirrors.. Doors and other furniture. Haha.

Can I Borrow $25?

A man came home from work late, tired and irritated, to find his 5-year old son waiting for him at the door.

SON: 'Daddy, may I ask you a question?'

DAD: 'Yeah sure, what it is?' replied the man.

SON: 'Daddy, how much do you make an hour?'

DAD: 'That's none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?' the man said angrily.

SON: 'I just want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?'

DAD: 'If you must know, I make $50 an hour.'

SON: 'Oh,' the little boy replied, with his head down.

SON: 'Daddy, may I please borrow $25?'

The father was furious, 'If the only reason you asked that is so you can borrow some money to buy a silly toy or some other nonsense, then you march yourself straight to your room and go to bed. Think about why you are being so selfish. I don't work hard everyday for such childish frivolities.'

The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door. The man sat down and started to get even angrier about the little boy's questions. How dare he ask such questions only to get some money?

After about an hour or so, the man had calmed down , and started to think: Maybe there was something he really needed to buy with that $25.00 and he really didn't ask for money very often The man went to the door of the little boy's room and opened the door.

'Are you asleep, son?' He asked. 'No daddy, I'm awake,' replied the boy. 'I've been thinking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier' said the man. 'It's been a long day and I took out my aggravation on you. Here's the $25 you asked for.'

The little boy sat straight up, smiling. 'Oh, thank you daddy!' he yelled. Then, reaching under his pillow he pulled out some crumpled up bills. The man saw that the boy already had money, started to get angry again. The little boy slowly counted out his money, and then looked up at his father.

'Why do you want more money if you already have some?' the father grumbled. 'Because I didn't have enough, but now I do,' the little boy replied.

'Daddy, I have $50 now. Can I buy an hour of your time? Please come home early tomorrow. I would like to have dinner with you.' The father was crushed. He put his arms around his little son, and he begged for his forgiveness. It's just a short reminder to all of you working so hard in life.

We should not let time slip through our fingers without having spent some time with those who really matter to us, those close to our hearts. Do remember to share that $50 worth of your time with someone you love. Have we forgotten what is really important in life?

Too caught up in money, personal ambitions, and forgot how to enjoy and appreciate the sweet simplicities in life? If we die tomorrow, the company that we are working for could easily replace us in a matter of hours. But the family & friends we leave behind will feel the loss for the rest of their lives.

To all my beloved family and friends, i apologize if I'm to caught up with things and am unable to spend time with you. And for those of you who think you've been neglecting some people in your life, there's still time to make some time for those people. :)

Hello weekend!

Like what my friend once said, don't go searching frantically for happiness, happiness will come to you when the time comes..when you least expect it.
I'd have to say that's sort of true.
And being a person who's not so petty is good too.
Why care so much about things? Do those things/people care about you?

Sometimes, our mistake is that we make a small matter so big that makes it so tough to resolve.

It's nice to feel abit carefree once in awhile..

I'd have to say i seem like a pretty happy person..well i am..just that sometimes even though after crying so much or getting so angry, i manage to smile and laugh. It's up to any of you to take me/my words seriously but either way i'd still be happy that you're my friend:)

So, about the lift at my house. It totally freak me out yesterday. When i reached home about 9.30pm....and was already at my door, i just felt like looking at the lift... When i looked at it...the door closed then open again..BUT it closed halfway again and opened and closed again...it took roughly 7 seconds for the lift to settle down... *gasp*
WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON WITH THE LIFT?!?!? (I really hope it's just a mechanical problem)

WEE!~ Yesterday dinner was great. Haha :) Anyway, instead of getting clothes, i got shoes and some earrings.. Just don't seem interested in the designs. Whats cheap is ugly. Whats nice is expensive. (I like a baju but it costs like 199?) I wont fork out so much cash just for hari raya.. Thats alright..at least i got some pretty heels ;) I LIKE!! And as blur as i am, i can't determine whether it was black or dark grey. I came to a conclusion after thinking for 10 minutes. I feel sleepy at work. My body is like repelling my mind. I feel so lethargic. Plus, it's raining outside..the weather is so great.... Period cramps are totally torturing me. SHEESH!
Next week is already HARI RAYA :O
I feel like getting a haircut.

So my Monday wasn't so hectic. :D Thank goodness! Haha..anyway..it' a pretty sleepy day. My neck feels stiff.. Things are alright but at times things screw up. The lift still has a problem with me..it's getting spooky.. Whenever i take the lift, usually everything's fine. But recently, the lift door keep opening whenever i press the door closing button, the door will close then open again. This happens quite frequently though... (Baby, your spirit is it? Don't scare me leh..)

For someone who's busy at work, you might think I'm good at remembering stuff. But sometimes, to much of a good thing makes your brain haywire. So i said that Sunday was Friday..and i thought Wednesday was Tuesday... But i got it right today! It's MONDAY! Time moves so fast you can hardly notice it, sometimes. But at times, time moves so s l o w w w. . . . y o u w i s h. . . i t c o u l d g o..faster. Yes that dreadful feeling. Anyway, I'm hoping that today will be alright..not too hectic.. not to tired..(i just need to get a little healthier) Will definitely do that after fasting. Eat more fibres and beneficial grains. You need proper food to stay awake. I seem to tire easily. Once i slept at 7.30pm and woke up at 4.30am still feeling tired..

Saving up for Bangkok..it's hard to save when there's more to spend. Well necessary spending- paying bills. Getting my hari raya clothes and shoes. Yes, i still havent got them yet!!!! Will do so when i get my pay. :)

My nose itches. Haha. Had a mug of hot chocolate for sahur to make me feel better. I guess im alright. I see my self as an emotional weakling. You should know that. Remember how horrible i looked at Adam Khoo's last year? The waterfalls that exit my eyes.. I look pathetic. But hey, I can't help it. But somehow, no matter how many tears i shed, i still manage to bounce back. I'm still smiling. I'm still alive and kicking and my life is wonderful. I have a wonderful family to return to after work. I have wonderful friends whom I can eat delicious food with and laugh my heart out without guilt. Friends who comfort me at times when i can't comfort myself. And i have that special someone who has tried to be there for me whenever he can, who loves to tickle me, who tells me time and again that everything will be alright.
I don't have to be rich in order to be happy.. I have what I need.. That makes me happy enough. :)

Work has been hectic. My body aches. There's still more heavy stuff to carry. Hopefully my back doesn't ache..it feels terrible that I can't even sit properly. 9 days till Hari Raya. My room is still a mess. Haha. And in 3 months or so, it'll be the end of the year.. WOW. I'm thinking of going to Bangkok for holidays. I need a holiday.....

I have to prepare myself for more hectic weeks of work, since it's near the end of the year already. I feel sorry for the kids in school, heh. Their final year exams is like the second week of Hari Raya..wonder if they'll study.. Some of my students want to break fast with me sometime next week. Haha. Still figuring out where to go.. Definitely NOT Swensens.. HAHA!

Okay so the title sucks. I just exploded. Well sort of. I came across and article from a colleague stating that if people slow down speech, we'd be able to understand each other better. Maybe that might make a difference..but i just wish that what we're trying to convey can enter their brains properly..especially when we want them to be quiet.

So, I'm addicted to the song Crystal Ball by Keane..don't ask why. It has been thoroughly a hectic week. With backaches and sore muscles. Seriously, I'm thinking of getting a relaxing massage. It's already September 13..Soon it'll be 31 December. My nose is bothered by the weird smell from my silicon handphone case.

Okay so work is alright. Extra patience is definitely needed during fasting month. Well, i do have the tendency of getting pissed/angry..sometimes it's a little tough to hold back anger. Someone did tell me to count to 10 before getting angry, but that doesn't really work..just sometimes..when I'm not so angry. But I'm doing good, not as temperamental as before but now I'm more of easily saddened than angered.. Either way, I'm still trying to fix my emotions. But sadly, sometimes i just can't. Sorry, but i can't help it.

Today, not everything went my way. I am clumsy, yes. But this has nothing to do with that. Most probably a form of karma. Well, that's what i think it is. The lift was being a bitch. Not the whole day, just once, but still it managed to piss me off. I pressed the door closing button, the lift door shut and open again. This occurred again when i pressed the button again. OH COME ON?! Why must it be me? On my level? Another person took the lift with me at a different level but the door was fine.. !?@$^&$ WHAT THE FISH??!! Anyway, enough with all this, I WANT A PAIR OF SNEAKERS! One day, soon enough.
I'm so moody right now....i guess this is just not my day.

The start of a bad day? I just feel it..

AHHHHH!!!! What a not-so-good start to my wednesday.. SIGH.. First of all. the clothes pole (the one with wheels where you can move about and hang your clothes on)

YES THIS LITTLE BUGGER.

It fell on my head in the morning! KNS..

It was a metal pole that struck my head! Not plastic..But luckily my head didn't suffer any major injuries..It's still painful though. Most probably there's a bump.

Okay..maybe you think it's not so bad.. Well, the next thing that happened before i went out to work was that my finger was caught in the drawer when i closed it! That's painful thing number two. SIGH.. Already a bad start on the third day of the week. I still thought today was tuesday......how silly can i be? Okay..you don't have to tell me..I know i'm silly..........

And due to all this funny-bad-painful-irritating things that had occur at home...I WAS LATE FOR WORK! Yes i know i was famous in secondary school for coming late and being suspended..bla3..but I've changed..I've been pretty punctual for work well except meet ups.. I'm still working on that.. You gotta understand that girls take time to dress up.. :)

The temperature in the office is roughly 26 degrees on my side. [ Yes i set the aircon to 26 degrees] And..im still COLD...I think i'm getting sick. :(

And finally, the last thing that happened this morning that really made me pissed, well partially pissed.. I got the last piece of toilet roll. It was a short piece. Well i'm upset but glad at the same time. Upset because it's the last piece..glad because..well, at least theres tissue left for me. Cos' a teacher barged in while i was at the sink..thankfully my pants were zipped and i wasn't in anyway, exposed. So.. thats the start to my WEDNESDAY....

Here i am..blogging while at work. Hows that for a change? Haha. Ok lame. Yes, even though its's September holidays, doesn't mean i have work holiday too.. Anyway, Happy fasting to all Muslims:)
When i reached at 7 today, the office gave me a teeeeny weeny feeling of the creeps. Haha. All i could here was the air con humming. Lucky my colleague came.. Or i would have frightened myself. Well, it's a possibility.. Hehe.. Sorry i couldn't make it back to school on teacher's day.. I miss all the teachers..i miss secondary school..more of the fun times- NOT the mugging and exams. HEH :)

Plus, the staff dinner on friday night was SUPERB! Haha! Really enjoyed myself there and i came fashionably late..Well..at least i'm not the last to arrive..or was i?.. Err.. Fasting month is here! I can't wait to go Geylang and Kampung Glam! I miss eating the cheesecake at Sultan Cafe.. Friends, can we buka outside on one fine day? :)

Suddenly i feel like i lost my social circle or something. I was once a person who went out VERY regularly..not to work of course.. You know..hang out with friends..making new friends..widening my social circle..but right..now its like none of that for me..am i turning into some boring zombified adult or what?!?!

This is nothing relating to bf of course..making new friends is alright..hanging out is alright..but i just don't do that anymore..I go out out with my beloved friends most of the time..(not that its wrong or what..) but it just feels weird.. Looks like the rainy season is here once again.. how to go Geylang and Kampung Glam like this??? I really can't wait for Hari Raya! :D heeeh..

Talking bout Hari Raya..it's gonna be fasting month soon!!! How to work like this man? Confirm my stomach would be grumbling.. haha.. YES my stomach grumbles. The weather is great..don't you think so? Oh, theres fireworks today.. I might be watching with my family...yes family. I think on certain occasions its nice to have a family outing.. But it depends on the weather. Hope that it'll stop raining soon..

I still don't know what to wear for the staff dinner..hmm..i'm definitely wearing a dress..but i just don't know what dress..haha..Today i finally helped my mum to clean the store. As usual my mum laughed at me while i was on the ladder..i guess she forgot i had fear of falling especially when on a ladder. Surprisingly i can climb on a table and fix the lights and all but when it comes to ladders..errr.. i think i can cry. Heh...

I miss watching anime! I miss watching Azumanga Daioh.. Suddenly my dad starts to sing an Indonesia song then it changes to " Money money money..Money money..in a rich man's world.."

I miss my cousin! Watching anime with her..having late night snacks and ordering MacDonald's and complaining why theres no ice cream sundae.. haha..so many fun moments. To my family, friends, and that special someone.

This is not some random thought. It has been ongoing in my mind ever since..i don't know when but i've been pondering about it. My mind is never at peace. Not yet. Only sometimes, when i'm asleep. God has brought us all to this world, into each others lives. Knowing how God did it is one thing, knowing WHY God did it is another. Have you ever wondered why you are my parents? Why you are my friends? Why i choose being close to you and not someone else? Why did i even exist/enter your life?

I was nothing. You were nothing. But because of you, because of your friendship/relationship/help/boost of self morale - you helped me and yourself to be the person you are. I can't ask for anything more. We went through alot together, be it me and my family, me with my beloved friends, and of course you my dear.

What would have become of me if you weren't part of my life? Who would be my friends? Who would care about me? For me, life is meaningless without family, friends and that one person whom you want to spend your life with. With this, i wanna thank all of you who have been there for me in any circumstance. Whether happy or sad or angry or even silly, you were still there for me, laughing with me, crying with me, acting silly with me. I hope that i was/am a good friend. If i ever insulted you in anyway, i sincerely apologise. Like what you always hear, we are all humans, and we are not perfect.

Since im still breathing, i'm taking this oppurtunity to say that i appreciate all of you.. Thank you for being there for me.

Seriously, there were re so many foreigners that day man! I think they are more excited than us Singaporeans..they might not be wearing red or white but still they rush to catch the jets and fireworks. Not only do they stare in awe, you'll here "WOW! OOH! AHH!" They were super excited. HAHA. The fireworks were so captivating! Totally love it.. this week not only do i get to catch fireworks at ndp..but also olympics..on tv i mean..haha..STILL..it looks damn pretty..
Im suddenly so into Olypmics this year..haha..don't know why..I need to brush up on my swimming skills..haha..I still have my tan...i didnt go away..since like a month ago i think? GOSH.. Plus National Day was super jam pack..hahaha.. Tomorrow work.. oh well.. Good Night.

Went out in the evening with YUS! =) Watched Dark Knight..the movie was around 2 hours 40 minutes...Yus say like HINDUSTAN! hahahaha..we couldn't shop or window shop after that cos the movie ended at 9.50 or so.. So we headed home. Reached about 11..kinda late i guess..heh.
BTW, im not soooo free anymore- I got a job.. 5 day week, office hours..well sort of. =D
Sorry guys, can't hang out with you in the day.. Really need cash so job is important! Next up is to register for school. Hopefully i could get the course i want..

Right, so this will be kind of a quick update. No pics. Just words.

So went out yesterday with Shila, had some coffee, a nice chat and i was just so moody. Then we walked around Arab Street after that off to Bussorah Street for our dinner. The roti john i ate was quite good. Along came Rabia feeling upset due to someone......BE STRONG RABIA!!! You can get someone better than that =) Don't get so worked up okay? Cheer up!

Then we walked around Haji Lane. Thanks Rabia for emphasizing that that dumb guy at Haji lane disturbed me. Your words never fail to amuse me. HEH.
Oh. And suddenly, Yan Hao called me and asked me to meet him.... Weird eh? Wonder what he wants......hmmm

Headed home quite late yesterday, but its alright..just for that day..Tired.

So today went swimming with cousins. Marisa taught me other swimming techniques. YAY! I could swim better. I love going swimming..just that i get a tan. I am so tanned/dark right now. You could really see the tanlines. =O

Oops..sorry late update..I slept over at aunts place on Tuesday because cousin from USA came. Went home on Wednesday night. So tired....zzzz..flu becomes worse. Throat is scratchy, nose is blocked most of the time. Eyes are watery. HAHA. OH well.. :)

I still had fun though. Nail painting...playing psp...using facial masks. Hehe.

So on the 12th, i had to wake up quite early, considering it was a Saturday.

Went to MUSTAFA CENTRE with family!

Bought some goods. It wasn't too crowded yet. PHEW! After that went to eat CHICKEN BRIYANI at the corner restaurant outside mustafa. YUMMY!

Evening, ShilaLabellavita said she was hungry and want to go makan.

Supposed to go KFC at Bedok..........BUT! the queue was damn long there! Its like people queuing up to buy 4D... -_-

Ended up eating at LJS. To all gundus- LJS= Long John Silver. Okay?

And yes, Bedok has Long John Silver, Pizza Hut, KFC, McDonalds and Burger King.

haha..ok..so today i went to downtown east alone. (Sad ah go out alone) I took bus 21 from Bedok Reservoir.

Bus plate number: SBS 7304D - malay driver. (this was noted at 4:38pm)

He is like the ROLE MODEL of bus drivers. He's abit pushy [sorry eh uncle] HEH.

But, throughout the whole trip, he was like, "please sit down for your own safety! Please hold on to the hand rail! Excuse me, don't block the door. Thank you." Then there was this guy who just leaned and didnt hold on to anytihng and the driver went, "for your own safety, please stand with support! SAFETY IS IMPORTANT! THANK YOU!" Pakcik i salute you! Pakcik is malay for uncle :)

That was one hell of a bus ride. Oh, i met Fiza and Ano in the bus :) Nice seeing you guys again :D

This is for all the sleepless people and for all your sleepless days and how bad you wish you could sleep :)

Im sure you have heard of the remedy if you can't sleep- COUNT SHEEP.

But does that really work? I tried it before and i was pretty much awake still counting sheep.

ShilaLABELLAVITA did you try counting sheep? =P

Here are some PROVEN ways which you could do if you really can't sleep.

1) Take a warm bath

This helps the body to relax. Don't shower too long. Your purpose of showering is just to relax those muscles and nerves.

2) Get a massage

Ask you mum/dad/brother/sister/spouse to massage your body. A nice backrub or head massage will do. But if he/she could give you a full body massage, that'll be great.

3) Drink warm milk

I tried drinking cold milk and it also works :) Milk helps your body to relax. Calcium in milk helps to relax your nerves.

4) Listen to relaxing music

It wouldn't be called relaxing music for nothing.

5) Drink warm herbal tea

Chamomile or fennel tea works :)

INSECURITIES

This is for me, you and whoever else that reads.

I have insecurities.

Sometimes.

Sometimes those insecurities get so bad that it takes over my mind.

It makes me think of all the bad thoughts that i could ever think of.

But i get over it. Well, sometimes.

SELF INSECURITY

Sometimes you feel like you're not good enough or that you can't do something.

You think you lack some self-esteem. Well, you're not the only one. There are many people out there wih insecurities and low self-esteem. Don't fret. There are things you can do to straighten yourself.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Learn to love yourself. STOP BLAMING yourself for whatever shit that happens. It's not always your fault. Appreciate yourself. If it's your day off from school or work- go pamper yourself. Go out with friends or just have go on an outing alone. Relax. Go for a mani or pedi. Get yourself something nice- shoes or a dress or maybe just your favourite snack that you have not ate for ages!

Think of when you were your happiest and why were you happy. Don't cry while you reminisce..smile! be HAPPY! :)

Be genuine to yourself. Don't lie to yourself. If you did something good, compliment yourself, treat yourself to something. However, if you do something bad, recall what happened and why you did it. If it's your fault, apologise. Don't repeat your mistake. In order not to repeat your mistake, you have to REALISE it and UNDERSTAND WHY you did it. Don't be too hard on yourself. People make mistakes.

I have this quite alot. Heh. But realise this, if he/she loves you, they'll be true to you. They'll love you no matter what and no matter what happens they'll try their very best to be there for you. They'd do anything for you- YES- ANYTHING..but don't demand from him, he hates that. He's NOT your SLAVE. He gives sincerely and genuinely. Don't think to much. Don't get too jealous. Yes he might be talking to a girl but who is she? A friend? That's alright. If you find things suspicious, ask. Be straight forward. Guys don't do hints. Just tell them. If they truly love you, they'll tell the truth. Trust him on that. Don't go spying on him- this show that you don't trust him enough. HE TRUSTS YOU.

Don't test his patience. I've tried myself- not replying to smses or making prank smses or calls. That was a BIG mistake. If you feel uneasy about something, just say so. BE POSITIVE! :) Things can work out. But if they really can't- well, things happen for a reason. If you're going through a stressful time, don't keep to yourselves. What's a boyfriend for? Don't complain, just share your problems. He'll be glad to listen.

AND, learn to take care of yourself. Your boyfriend=maid/nanny/babysitter. Be responsible.

Sleepy evening!

Had some sleep trouble yesterday due to someone's NOISY DOG from the next block.

Can owners of dogs please keep them quiet after 9pm or something? SHEESH.

Plus there were noisy motorists on the expressway. Noisy pipes are cool but they are so not if the time is already 12.30am! People are trying to sleep!

Woke up-watch tv-eat-shower my cat-bathe-clean living room-wash clothes-watch tv-hang clothes-eat lunch-watch tv-use laptop-play with cat.
